About San Antonio Nexus Connection

Welcome to SANC! We are a small nonprofit organization that runs a needle exchange program to reduce the harms associated with drug use. We are a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to serving our community. Our staff includes trained professionals who provide education and resources on safe injection practices, overdose prevention, and other harm reduction strategies. We work closely with social service organizations, and community members to ensure that our services are accessible, effective, and responsive to the needs of the people we serve.
